I am a train,
And my Father owns the network.
I’ve stopped for a while
at this station called My Life.
There’s been every kind of hard
And every kind of joy… on this strange
and crazy platform.
But I’m not here long.
There’s timeΒ enough to love a little…
Tell the world who’s really Master…
Before He pulls me
Home.

Love this poem and the train analogy, Ali! One of my youngest daughter’s favorite things to do is ride this little train at a park we have. πŸ™‚ God bless you as you keep keeping on for Him!

I like your analogy. This life is so short in comparrison to eternity.

Love your poem. A fan of trains, I like that you’ve compared our stay here to a journey on one. Thanks for following my blog, I’m looking forward to reading more of your writing.
