Quote of the day: Love + truth

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing quotes that have slowed me down and made me think. This one’s from Tim Keller: “Love without truth is sentimentality; it supports and affirms us but keeps us in denial about our flaws. Truth without love is harshness; it gives us information but in such a way that we cannot really hear it.” Jesus is the only one who can offer us love and truth in perfect measure. We need both to grow. Let’s ask God for the wisdom to be more like him in all our relationships, speaking the truth in love (not judgment). Blessings, Ali
