Quote of the day: Keep looking forward

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing quotes that have slowed me down and made me think. This one’s from C.S. Lewis: “A continual looking forward to the eternal world is not a form of escapism or wishful thinking, but one of the things a Christian is meant to do.” Do you spend much time thinking about life after death? Taking on a heavenly perspective doesn’t come naturally to most people. But when we remember this life is temporary, we’re more driven to make it count. Ask God to help you obey his call on your earthly life as you look towards a life in eternity with him.
