  1. You reminded me of some training in acting and specifically “Method Acting” the Stanislavsky acting system, which I know you are fully aware of, and this is today’s modern method of acting which I studied and used a bit in a few opportunities I had years back to play or perform as a Real believable character, using this training which made me aware of how much there is to be “sensing” with all of our “five senses” that we many times take for granted. The big thing about this concept or idea is as they say “being in the moment,” and so yes what you say is so perfectly true and spot-on!

Now in relation to what I’m pointing out here is to say; why seek that real visceral “being in the moment” as a role to play as I did in a job, but, to instead do it as we live each moment of our lives for God, and that means “being tuned into His Holy Spirit” and “seeing Him in all” that is in our world and indeed more specifically in our personal lives whether it be all the blessings we do have moment to moment; because as I see it now every next breath is a gift and opportunity from God, but also the difficulties or adversity in my own life, being aware of both the good and bad that we have to work with; as we walk along our paths to all righteousness which is in Him our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

So not being dull and feeling empty, but, to rather our being sober as His words in the Bible tell us we should be, and aware; discerning at all times while being vigilant, appreciating it all! And that way feeling more full; alive, especially in the Spirit and that way fulfilled, that here we are “in the moment” that the Lord has given to us; so that we might seek Him and find our way; walking with Him moment to moment! Amen. 😊 🙏✝️ 🙏 ❤
    Great stuff Ali!
    God bless!

    1. Yes – I hadn’t thought of Method Acting as connected to Mindfulness before – but it’s quite true.
Yes, being tuned into the Holy Spirit and being thankful for God’s blessings is at the heart of ‘Christian Mindfulness’. Discernment, praise, appreciation of God – all so important. Walking with Him moment to moment – Amen!

      1. Yes Ali, isn’t that interesting how you brought that concept out or made me recall it in this inspiring presentation of yours here! But you just said it perfectly, “Being tuned into the Holy Spirit and being thankful for God’s blessings is at the heart of ‘Christian Mindfulness’. Discernment, praise, appreciation of God.”

All of this you’ve been doing is so helpful Ali! I really appreciate you and the effort to reach out like you do and help others this way! You really make a huge difference and are such an inspiring Lady Christian to me!

        God bless you and yours! 😊 🙏✝️ 🙏 ❤

Will see you again soon I hope!
